In 2014, Talon identified this submarket as having the potential for significant growth. We acquired this asset with moderate leasing risk. After making a series of capital investments into the common areas and infrastructure, Talon re-leased nearly every suite at significantly higher rents than previously achieved. The asset stabilized at 97% and was sold in 2017 at a record value.
