Located in one of Dallas’ most desirable submarkets, The Uptown District, this asset outperformed all of Talon’s expectations. In 2014, Talon identified this submarket as having the potential for significant growth. We acquired this asset with moderate leasing risk. After making a series of capital investments into the common areas and infrastructure, Talon re-leased nearly every suite at significantly higher rents than previously achieved. The asset stabilized at 97% and was sold in 2017 at a record value.
