Ballard Marine consists of 170,000 SF of land with eight industrial buildings,totaling 68,153 sf. In addition, there is 1,900 linear feet of moorage, and 118,000 sf of submerged land leased from The Department of Natural Resources (DNR). Ballard Marine is located on Salmon Bay with easy access to the Ballard Locks and Puget Sound. The Project is in the center of one of Seattle’s most densely populated and fastest growing urban neighborhoods – Ballard.
