Lori Noto joined Talon Private Capital in 2017. As Director of Design and Construction, Lori oversees the construction management of capital improvements to new and existing Talon assets including the development management for proposed assets. She also directs third party development and management services. Lori has over 25 years of experience in all facets of real estate development from pre-acquisition and design to construction management. Prior to joining Talon, Lori managed her own consulting firm with services ranging from visioning, feasibility, cost estimating and project leadership establishing a reputation for running highly efficient teams. Prior to establishing her own firm, she was responsible for over $200M in real estate development for over 5 years at Bentall Kennedy prefaced by her 15 years of practice in architecture. Lori’s education includes Masters of Architecture from Harvard University and she is a registered architect in the state of WA and LEED BD+C certified. Lori serves on the Site Selection Committee for Mary’s Place and as an Executive Board Member for Guild, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Lori enjoys cooking, eating and traveling.
