Kirkland Urban

Prudential Global Investment Management, in partnership with Talon and its development partner Ryan Companies, is currently under construction on Kirkland Urban, one of the region’s largest mixed-use developments. Upon completion of Phase 1 in 2019, Kirkland Urban will provide 400,000 sf of office space; 165,000 sf of new retail; and over 185 units of luxury apartments. At the time of groundbreaking, Talon had been successful in achieving nearly 50% preleasing of the office and 40% of the retail. Located in the thriving submarket of Kirkland, Kirkland Urban is leveraging the organic vibrancy that this lakefront city possesses and its central location between the larger urban centers of Seattle and Bellevue.
