Talon, in conjunction with its investment partner, Cerberus Capital Management, acquired this high quality suburban office asset in 2015. At the time of acquisition, Microsoft, an approximate 400,000 sf tenant, had short-term leases in place and rumored plans to vacate the project. Talon has extensive experience with Microsoft and was ultimately successful in renewing Microsoft in their entire space for seven (7) years. Costco occupies the remaining 200,000 sf building. The asset now has long term stability and significantly increased valuation.
