Tamara Maloney

Tamara began her commercial real estate management career in 2001 and has excelled at every position from entry level through director. She thrives on team building, mentoring, and providing a highly productive and enjoyable work environment. Over the last decade she has developed a core team who have had tremendous success meeting or exceeding investor life cycle goals from acquisition through disposition. She and her team are consistently recognized as national top tier service providers in annual customer surveys.

As Director of Real Estate Services, she is responsible for the overall fiscal and physical performance of the portfolio of managed sites. She is fully charged with implementing and executing property plans to align with clients’ vision. She is adept at complex budgeting, financial reporting, and has deep experience in construction management.

She graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from Western Washington University and holds a CPM designation through IREM.

Tamara is a very active board member at her children’s preschool where she holds the position of treasurer.

She and her husband, E.J., live in Issaquah with their two young children.
